TREV Account Overview

This article provides an overview of the TREV structure and the terminology associated with managing your TREV account.

Users

When accessing TREV, you will create a USER, which is often interchangeably referred to as a LOGIN.

A USER is then authorised to access one or more ACCOUNTS.

TREV utilises 'Clerk', a login system designed to facilitate the creation and management of users. References to Clerk simply denote the login system employed by TREV.

Accounts

After creating your user, you will gain access to one or more accounts. An account is responsible for managing items such as subscriptions, brands, and social connections.

Furthermore, your account will have access to offices and/or agents.

For instance, as an individual agent, your account may only provide access to your own agent listings. Conversely, as an office administrator, you may have access to the office account and several agent accounts.

While multiple users can access a single account, currently there are no varying levels of access available.

Account Owner

Each account is associated with a user who serves as the account owner. Certain account functions can only be performed by the account owner, such as granting access to other users.

Subscription

In order to utilise an account, it must be linked to a valid subscription. All TREV subscriptions include a free trial, allowing you to evaluate all TREV functions before making any payments. It's important to note that a credit card is not required to start a free trial.

Switching accounts

You you have access to more than one account, you can switch switch between accounts using the account switcher located in the top left-hand corner of your dashboard.

Network

A network is an umbrella entity that groups offices and brands. EG Ray White,

Office

An individual office belongs to a network. That way branding for the network can easily be shared to offices in the network.

Agents

Agents belong to an office and a network.

Summary

A USER (a login) has access to one or more ACCOUNTS, which in turn have access to OFFICES or AGENTS.
