Why can't i see a Facebook page I connected
Sometimes you will select a Facebook page when authorising Meta to connect to TREV, and after completing the connection, the page does not appear in the list of connected social media channels.
The most likely cause for this is that you connected a page that belongs to a business you did not authorise.
Make sure you grant TREV access to the business that owns the Facebook page you want to connect.
Confusingly, the business is selected after the page during the connection process with Meta, here's why:
When connecting Facebook to TREV, you’ll notice it first asks you to choose the Pages before selecting the Business. This is the way Facebook’s system works.
Pages come first because they are the actual assets the app needs permission to manage (post content, read insights, etc.).
Business selection comes after to confirm which Business owns those Pages and to authorise the app under that Business.
In short: Pages are the things being connected, and the Business is the container that owns them. That’s why Facebook asks for Pages first, then the Business.
When trying to connect different channels to the ones you have selected previously, make sure you click the Edit Previous Settings link when connecting with Meta:
